The Eswatini Childhood Cancer Foundation (ECCF) is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and families affected by cancer.
Working alongside the Ministry of Health, ECCF promotes early detection, supports access to treatment, and provides psychosocial, emotional and financial support to families in need.
